Dirty Cheap (Sudan Ucuz) is an art project where slogan and photo printed T-shirts were hanged in a spiral shaped structure like a T-shirt display booth. When spectators follow these slogans T-shirts with quotes, which is generally said by consumer on their act of purchasing such as ‘dirt cheap’, ‘it’s just 10 euro!’, ‘almost free’, ‘I paid nothing’, they will arrive to the last slogan T-shirt with the quote ‘The cost you didn’t pay is paid by someone else in somewhere else’. And this last t-shirt leads the spectators into the spiral of the structure. In this point spectators find themselves trapped into the structure covered with the T-shirts with photos of the garment workers’ on them who pay the real costs of the garments.
